Sun On The Dust On the edge of a nameless town never thought I'd mean anything at all How can I begin to describe just how lonely I have felt In the middle of an endless night I always fall too hard and fall way too fast Why do I have to be such a helpless romantic it makes me sick How can you borrow from a heart that's brimming with sorrow How can you measure a love that's desperate for pleasure Undeniably lonely I fell into the arms of another Heart full of rust I fell into the arms of another Sun on the dust a magic that eludes me forever There was you But only half of me Cosmic you Hanging on the thread of together In the corner of a dank basement Where they burn incense to cover the smell How can I pretend like I enjoy this while I sing the chorus I pay my dues to the quiet few before I clear my gear and get out of town A million people could never fill the void that was left by you How can I pretend that I'm satisfied with my weekend And how can I tell myself I'm not falling short of good health Undeniably blue I lost myself in the sea of another Heart full of rust I fell into the arms of another Sun on the dust a magic keeping me on a tether There was you But only half of me Cosmopolitan you Hanging on the thread of together Heart full of rust I fell into the arms of another Sun on the dust A magic that eludes me forever There was you, but only half of me Cosmic you, hanging on the thread of together

Psycho 04:04
Psycho Diamonds of the earth so hard to find Know just what you're worth The keeping kind You say you know that our love is never ending And it really does exist If you're loving someone like this Baby tell me softly why you want me to let you go Baby tell me softly why you want me to let you go Diamonds cutting glass The sands of time In an honest past We were never fine I think you know that it really doesn't matter if I stay or if I go Either way it's gonna snow Baby tell me softly why you want me to stay right here Baby tell me softly what you think I'll mean to you next year I was drowning in my August skin When I realized I was never that guy I was thinking of your October love When I learned to swim now I'm just not him I was younger then not going back again It's a backward dream however sunny it seems But I'm learning to dive with every leap and I'm learning to die with every deep And my mind will race and I just won't sleep But I'm learning to dive with every leap And I'm learning to die with every deep And I'm learning to die But baby tell my softly why you stay through years apart Baby tell me softly what you think I'll mean to you next year

about

When the afternoon rain shower evaporates and sun rays shine a fleeting half an hour upon dust suspended in the atmosphere, the young boy's mind sees time transcended. The sun dust continues to affect him in the most unexpected moments, when the sun burn keeps him up for three days and he loses his concept of self. The humor in losing everything is immense, and the awareness of everything that is otherwise missed is even greater. The coffee and the spirit of Prince and Bowie tie it all together and the boy tries his very best to shoot it all into that elusive atmosphere where time simply ceases to exist. Time belongs to everyone but you.
